The word sustainability is derived from the Latin sustinere (tenere, to hold; sus, up). Aqua Lime knows full well that changing jobs is actually one of the most stressful things that a person encounters throughout their career. When you go to see a new company, trust your instincts, and ask yourself "can I see myself here?". A new company has to be he right fit for you, and not just a company you can simply fit into. Our team will help you through the process every step of the way. We also want to know how things are going in the years ahead.

Open, Honest, Transparent and Intergral are all words that truely describe the Aqua Lime team. Our business is underpinned by the principles of morality; we look after our candidates and clients. We are recruiters and headhunters playing by moral standards which should be given in the recruitment profession, however I bet you know someone who has had a bad experience?
